Texas removes 1 million ineligible voters from voter rolls

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced the removal of more than one million voters from the state’s voter rolls, including illegal aliens, in a move aimed at protecting election integrity.

Back up: In 2021, Abbott signed bill SB 1, which tightened voting regulations and expanded poll watcher rights.

The details: In a statement released Monday, Abbott said, "Election integrity is essential to our democracy” and listed the number of ineligible voters removed since SB 1 was signed in 2021:

• Illegal aliens: 6,500+

• Voters with felony convictions: 6,000+

• Dead people: 457,000+

• Voters on the suspense list: 463,000+

• Voters who moved out of state: 134,000+

• Voters who failed to respond to notice of examination: 65,000+

• Voters who requested to cancel their registration: 19,000+

The grand total is over 1.1 million ineligible voters.

Zoom out: The governor’s office says over 2,000 of the illegal aliens found on the voter roles have already cast ballots in past elections.

Back up further: In 2017, Abbott signed bill SB 5 to increase penalties for election workers who allow illegals to vote.

What happens next? Abbott reiterated that Texas Secretary of State Ken Paxton and local authorities will continue to monitor voter rolls and prosecute all who violate them.

Zoom out: Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin recently removed 6,300 non-citizens from his state's voter rolls.

Big picture: This is not an isolated issue. If there were thousands of illegals on the voter rolls in Texas and Virginia, you can be sure there are more in critical Democrat-controlled swing states like Arizona and Pennsylvania.

Harris flip-flops on border wall

Kamala Harris has flip-flopped her stance on building a wall on the southern border following attacks by Donald Trump over her record of negligence as 'border czar.'

The details: Harris is now pledging to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to build a wall on our southern border, backing a 'bipartisan' border security bill floated through Congress earlier this year.

The flip-flop: This is the same Kamala Harris who previously called the border wall "un-American," a "stupid waste of money,” and Donald Trump’s “medieval vanity project.”

• During her run for president in 2020, she explicitly said: "I'm not gonna vote for a wall under any circumstances."

A long list of flip-flops: In recent weeks, Harris also flip-flopped on other past radical left-wing positions like eliminating private healthcare in exchange for Medicare-for-all and a ban on fracking.

Have you noticed… On all of her flip-flops, we have never heard Kamala express them herself. They always come through ‘campaign sources’ speaking through the press. It’s a strategy so her surrogates can refute Trump’s attacks against her but avoid Democrat voters hearing her support policies they disagree with.

Big picture: Despite what her campaign says, Kamala’s record tells us everything we need to know about this radical, open-borders Democrat. 12.5 million illegals have crossed our border while Kamala was the 'border czar,’ costing taxpayers billions of dollars.
