How to lose a deal in 48 hours

President Donald Trump spent Friday afternoon announcing Iran had agreed to end its nuclear program and reopen the Strait of Hormuz – then Tehran's Islamic hardliners opened fire on commercial vessels on Saturday, and by Sunday, the U.S. Navy had disabled and seized an Iranian cargo ship trying to violate the American blockade.

Let’s take this day by day…

Friday afternoon: Trump posted on Truth Social that Iran "agreed to virtually all" his demands, would end its nuclear program "forever," and that the strait was "completely open and ready for business." The stock market soared, and oil prices dropped 9% on the news.

Saturday: Iranian gunboats fired on at least two ships, damaging the French-flagged container ship CMA CGM Everglade north of Kumzar, Oman. Iranian officials then declared the Strait closed again.

Sunday morning: Trump called Iran’s actions "A Total Violation" of the ceasefire and warned the U.S. would "knock out every single Power Plant, and every single Bridge, in Iran. NO MORE MR. NICE GUY!"

Sunday evening: The USS Spruance intercepted the 900-foot Iranian cargo ship Touska attempting to run the blockade in the Gulf of Oman. After a six-hour standoff, the destroyer put 5-inch shells into the engine room, and Marines boarded the vessel and took control of it.

  • President Trump wrote on Truth Social: “The Iranian crew refused to listen, so our Navy ship stopped them right in their tracks by blowing a hole in the engineroom. Right now, U.S. Marines have custody of the vessel.”

Oil price chaos: Brent crude rebounded 7% Sunday to $96.88 after Friday's collapse. At the same time, the average price for a gallon of gas in the U.S. hit $4.05. And Energy Secretary Chris Wright warned a return to under $3 per gallon may not come until "next year."

What's next: Vice President JD Vance, Steve Witkoff, and Jared Kushner are still scheduled to head to Islamabad today for a new round of talks. The ceasefire expires on Wednesday.

White Castle is Now Expanding at .001% the Cost

No, not with new brick-and-mortar stores. With robotic kiosks from ART.

ART, aka Automated Retail Technologies, makes serving food 24/7 possible for brands like White Castle at .001% the cost of a new brick-and-mortar.

Their robotic kiosks dish out customers favorite dishes, like warm White Castle sliders, on demand in seconds.

That makes entering new markets a three-step process. Plug it in. Stock it. Turn it on. And it isn’t just White Castle benefitting.

Other big-name food brands like Nestlé and Macaroni Grille partnered too, and foodservice behemoths like Sysco and Aramark also use it. Even better, until April 25, you can earn guaranteed bonus stock as an early-stage ART investor and share in their growth.

11 American scientists go missing…

President Donald Trump has ordered a federal probe into the suspicious deaths and disappearances of 11 American scientists tied to classified aerospace, nuclear, and UFO research – some say the foreign fingerprints of China, Russia, or Iran may be on it.

The details: The list grew to 11 this week as attention turned to the 2022 death of Amy Eskridge, a 34-year-old Alabama anti-gravity researcher who warned she was being threatened before she was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot.

  • Rep. Eric Burlison, a House Oversight Committee member who had been tracking the cases for over a year, says several scientists "literally just disappeared" – leaving all their devices at home first.

  • Retired Air Force Maj. Gen. William "Neil" McCasland, a UAP research lead, vanished in February from his New Mexico home after Burlison tried twice to reach him.

Amy’s warning: In a 2020 interview, Eskridge described escalating harassment tied to her anti-gravity work – including sexual threats and intruders rifling through her underwear drawer. She said: "If you stick your neck out in private, they will bury you… They will burn down your house while you're sleeping in your bed, and it won't even make the news."

  • A retired British intel officer later concluded to Congress that Eskridge didn't kill herself – and had been targeted by a "directed energy weapon."

All their names: The full list includes:

  • Amy Eskridge — anti-gravity researcher (died 2022, Alabama)

  • Nuno Loureiro — MIT physicist (shot dead Dec. 2025)

  • Carl Grillmair — NASA astrophysicist (killed Feb. 2026)

  • Frank Maiwald — NASA JPL engineer (died 2024)

  • Monica Jacinto Reza — NASA aerospace engineer (missing June 2025)

  • Michael David Hicks — NASA researcher

  • Melissa Casias — Los Alamos, security clearance (missing June 2025)

  • Anthony Chavez — Los Alamos (missing May 2025)

  • Steven Garcia — nuclear components security (missing Aug. 2025)

  • Jason Thomas — Novartis chemical biology lead (found dead March 2026)

  • Maj. Gen. William McCasland — Air Force, UAP research (missing Feb. 2026)

Why it matters: Burlison is calling it a national security emergency. "These are some of the most advanced scientists, researchers in our nation… And they all just mysteriously disappeared," he said, demanding the FBI and "every agency" get involved.

What happens next? Trump promised answers in "the next week and a half" and told reporters, "I hope it's random."

The last word goes to Trump, who, when asked whether a foreign adversary could be responsible, cut right through the noise and said: “Well, Biden had open borders; it wasn’t very hard to get here.”
