President Donald Trump declared yesterday that former President Barack “HUSSEIN” Obama committed “treason.”
Trump made the accusations in the Oval Office in front of the global press, which was there to cover his meeting with Filipino President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
“This was treason. Barack Hussein Obama is the ringleader. Hillary Clinton was right there with him and so was Sleepy Joe Biden.”
Trump was, of course,e referring to the bombshell declassification of documents from the days leading up to his 2017 presidency, which show how the Obama administration manipulated intelligence to launch the Russia collusion hoax that dogged the first 2-3 years of his first term.
And you can tell it was heard loud and clear because Obama released a statement in response, calling Trump’s accusation “outrageous” and “bizarre.” If he really means it, Obama should file a defamation lawsuit against Trump. He won’t.
Now, it’s up to the Trump administration to back up its rhetoric with action.

U.S. Olympics ban transgenders
The U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee got in line with the Trump administration and effectively banned men from competing in women’s sports.
The details: The revised policy doesn’t mention “transgender” athletes specifically, but confirms the committee would be in compliance with President Trump’s Executive Order 14201, Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports, signed in February.
In its policy update, the committee said: “We’re ensuring women have a fair and safe competition environment
Zoom out: The shift comes after global backlash over recent competitions – namely Algeria’s Imane Khelif, who failed gender testing but won gold in the women’s welterweight boxing division at the Paris Games.
The numbers: A recent NBC poll found 75% of Americans oppose men competing in women’s sports – including two-thirds of Gen Z.
Looking ahead: The 2028 Summer Olympics will be hosted in Los Angeles while Trump is still in office.
The last word goes to former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines, who wrote on X: "It’s hard to applaud an organization for merely following the law, but nonetheless, this is a win."

U.S. reaches trade agreement with Japan

President Donald Trump announced a massive $550 billion trade agreement with Japan on Tuesday – calling it a “game-changer” for American workers.
The details: Japan agreed to invest $550 billion dollars into the United States with the U.S. retaining 90% of the profits, according to Trump, who called the deal “maybe the largest deal in history with Japan.”
Japan will pay a 15% reciprocal tariff on all of its imports to the U.S.
Japan opens its market to U.S. cars, trucks, rice, and other agricultural products.
What Japan gets: Trump is extending their 15% tariff to automobiles, which is a big win for the Japanese because it puts them at an advantage over other nations that are paying a 25% tariff on autos. The news led to a surge in Japan’s auto stocks.
Investing in America: Trump’s trade deals consistently prioritize U.S. jobs. This Japan agreement is no different—opening Japanese markets to U.S. goods and directing Japanese investment into American manufacturing.
Zoom out: This follows major post-Liberation Day trade deals with the U.K., India, Vietnam, and others.
Trump weighs in: The president wrote on Truth Social: “This Deal will create Hundreds of Thousands of Jobs — There has never been anything like it.”

A few months ago, I was at a butcher in my neighborhood and saw a diagram of a cow, with all the cuts of meat labeled. And that gave me an idea for a t-shirt:
DOGE Butcher Shop — but instead of the cow, we use a pig. And the cuts of meat in the diagram represent all the waste, fraud, and abuse being butchered by the Trump admin.
Over the last few weeks, I worked with a really talented graphic designer who brought it to life. And on Friday I got a sample in the mail and I’m happy to say, it came out better than I’d hoped.
Also, my wife told me I had to mention that the t-shirt it’s printed on is Comfort Colors. Apparently, they’re well-known for high-quality materials. I just chose them because they are printed in the U.S. and made with 100 U.S. cotton.
