California Governor Gavin Newsom revealed Sunday that he and his wife are under federal investigation – then blamed President Donald Trump, even though at least one of the probes began under Joe Biden.
What Newsom is saying: In a five-minute video, Newsom said the Justice Department had put him and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, on "Donald Trump's hit list," accusing prosecutors of abusing the grand jury process to manufacture a crime against a likely 2028 presidential contender.

Let's talk about the wife: The DOJ probe reportedly centers on Siebel Newsom collecting money from people with business in front of her husband.
From 2011 to 2018, she earned $2.3 million from The Representation Project, the nonprofit she founded, which drew donations from dozens of groups lobbying Newsom while he was California's lieutenant governor.
In 2020, she launched a second nonprofit, the California Partners Project, and her husband used a campaign-finance loophole to funnel $4.4 million into it – cash shielded from the disclosure rules that apply to political action committees.

Tulsi reveals U.S. funded 120 biolabs
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just declassified intelligence showing the U.S. government funded more than 120 biological labs in over 30 countries – vindicating warnings that were branded conspiracy theories and "Russian propaganda" just four years ago.
The details: The release, pulled from intelligence community files, documents U.S. funding for labs handling hazardous pathogens – some engaged in gain-of-function research, the practice of modifying viruses to make them more transmissible or deadly.
Records show more than 40 of the labs sat in Ukraine, storing Soviet-era stocks of anthrax, plague, Ebola, Marburg, and SARS.
The numbers: U.S. taxpayers spent roughly $1.7 million to $3.5 million per lab project.
Back up: From 2014 to 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci sent taxpayer funding to EcoHealth Alliance, which routed more than $1 million to the biolab in Wuhan, China, where they were conducting gain-of-function experiments with coronaviruses – the likely origin of COVID-19.
Why it matters: Gabbard accused former officials like Dr. Anthony Fauci and Biden's national security team of lying about the labs and smearing anyone who asked questions.
RINO Rewind: In 2022, Sen. Mitt Romney called Tulsi’s warnings "treasonous lies.”

I came to America at 7 years of age from the Philippines where I lived in a house on stilts, roamed rivers in a canoe with my cousins, rode water buffalo, and climbed coconut trees. When I was 2 years old mom had moved to America right after she married my step father. My biological father who was in the Navy had abandoned us when I was 1-1/2 years old.
In 1962 President Kennedy’s new legislation allowed family reunification, which allowed spouses and minor children to enter the country to live with U.S. citizens. I flew from the Philippines to Hawaii, to Portland, Oregon, with a stewardess watching over me.
Growing up our family never received help – both my parents worked. I still have the paperwork that states that my mother and stepfather had to support me, and we would receive no government financial assistance.
I started working at age 12, delivering the Journal newspaper and picked beans and berries. Being hungry was a good thing as it caused me to work harder and be responsible. I married my high school sweetheart, am now retired, and we travel this beautiful country in our 5th wheel RV.
I had the opportunity to work hard and amazing opportunities to prosper. We have 2 daughters, 7 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson. I love my country and am so very thankful for the financial hardships while young because it caused me to work hard and live responsibly. I love our Lord Jesus Christ, my family, and this country with all my heart.
