Welcome back, Wake Up Right fam! This year, I completely forgot about PRIDE month, until my wife and I drove up to Beacon, New York yesterday…

We were sitting outside a cafe shop, having a peaceful coffee, when we heard a shrill screeching in the distance. As it got closer, we saw a couple of dozen androgynous-looking progressive women clad in rainbow and transgender flags. They were chanting phrases like “Free Palestine” and “We will not be erased.”

I spent my life in Democrat-run cities, so I’ve got a high tolerance for this type of nonsense. But what really got to me was that they had their children with them — young kids — all repeating their brain-dead slogans. I asked my wife, “Wouldn’t these kids rather be playing in a park instead of spending their Sunday as their parents’ political accessories? “

Oh, and here’s the kicker. 75% of them were wearing Covid masks. 🤡

World Boxing says no more trans fighters

World Boxing announced new rules that will require mandatory gender testing for its fighters and specifically called out Algerian “female” boxer Imane Khelif, who won gold in the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Back up: Khelif, 26, dominated the women’s welterweight division at the Paris Olympics, despite previously being barred from women’s competitions by the International Boxing Association (IBA) for allegedly testing positive for male XY chromosomes.

The new rule: World Boxing, which organizes Olympic boxing, confirmed Khelif and other fighters must now undergo polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing to verify sex at birth.

  • In a statement, Work Boxing wrote: “The introduction of mandatory testing will be part of a new policy on "Sex, Age and Weight’ to ensure the safety of all participants and deliver a competitive level playing field for men and women.”

Calling out Khelif: In their statement, World Boxing directly addressed the Algerian boxer, writing: “Imane Khelif will not be allowed to participate in the female category at the Eindhoven Box Cup or any World Boxing event until Imane Khelif undergoes sex testing.”

Zoom out: In the U.S., 75% of adults say transgenders should not be allow to compete in women’s sports.

The last word goes to former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines, who posed a good question on X: “The real question: Why won't Imane Khelif take the test?”

Illegal alien from Egypt sets elderly Jewish women on fire in Colorado

An illegal alien from Egypt was arrested after he set pro-Israel protestors on fire in Boulder, Colorado.

The details: Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, allegedly threw Molotov cocktails into a pro-Israel protest, shouting “Free Palestine” and “End Zionists!”

  • Boulder Police told the press: "Witnesses are reporting that the subject used a makeshift flamethrower and threw an incendiary device into the crowd."

  • The attack left six injured, ages 67-88, with two airlifted to hospitals. One remains in critical condition.

Immigration status: Soliman reportedly overstayed a tourist visa granted to him during the Biden regime in 2022.

Back up: Less than two weeks ago, we reported on the two young Israeli Embassy staffers who were murdered in cold blood by a man shouting, "Free Palestine."

What the FBI is saying: Director Kash Patel classified the event as a "targeted terror attack" in a post on X.

Boulder Police play politics: On Sunday evening, Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn told the press, "We are not calling it a terror attack at this time... It's way too early to speculate motive,” despite the suspect yelling “Free Palestine.”

The last word goes to Stephen Miller, who wrote on X: “Immigration security is national security. No more hostile migration. Keep them out and send them back.”

A few months ago, I was at a butcher in my neighborhood and saw a diagram of a cow, with all the cuts of meat labeled. And that gave me an idea for a t-shirt:

DOGE Butcher Shop — but instead of the cow, we use a pig. And the cuts of meat in the diagram represent all the waste, fraud, and abuse being butchered by the Trump admin.

Over the last few weeks, I worked with a really talented graphic designer who brought it to life. And on Friday I got a sample in the mail and I’m happy to say, it came out better than I’d hoped.
