What the Buck!? Dems are trying to steal Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania Democrats are openly counting illegal ballots in an effort to overturn Republican Dave McCormick's win over incumbent Senator Bob Casey.

The details: McCormick beat Casey by roughly 18,000 votes, with nearly 7 million tallied in the Keystone State. That falls within the 0.5% margin that allows for an automatic recount.

• The recount begins on November 20 and concludes on November 26.

The steal: Democrats in Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, and Bucks County have officially voted to count provisional ballots that lack signatures or are from unregistered voters — in defiance of a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that determined these votes are illegal, according to state law.

Bucking the law: Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia admitted the move was illegal, stating, "People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention."

Republicans fight back: The RNC and the Pennsylvania GOP are taking the illegal ballot counters to court and have asked the state Supreme Court to reaffirm their previous ruling and prohibit these votes from being counted.

• Lara Trump, co-chair of the RNC, wrote on X: "This is a BLATANT violation of the law and we intend to fight it every step of the way."

Big picture: There’s a reason the state does not allow ballots without signatures or dates on them. It’s called voter fraud.
