Illegal alien crime stats crash Kamala’s border photo-op
Tens of thousands of illegal aliens with violent criminal convictions are roaming freely across the United States, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) data. The revelation came as Kamala Harris visited the southern border for a 20-minute photo-op on Friday.
The numbers: The "non-detained docket" data was provided at the request of Texas Rep. Tony Gonzales by Deputy ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner. It revealed there are currently 425,431 illegal alien criminals outside of ICE custody. Their crimes include:
62,231 assault convictions
13,099 homicide convictions
15,811 sexual assault convictions
What is a “non-detain docket”? It is a list of illegal aliens not in ICE custody but have final orders of removal or are in removal proceedings. There are currently 7 million on this docket.
Zoom out: This doesn’t account for the estimated 2 million “gotaways” who entered the country and evaded border patrol.
We should note that this docket includes all illegal alien criminals, not just those who entered under the Biden-Harris regime.
Kamala’s border photo-op: Kamala Harris visited the southern border for the first time on Friday. Polls continue to show its one of voters’ top concerns, and they overwhelmingly prefer Trump to fix it.
The Border Patrol union blasted Kamala's trip, saying she “ignored the border problem she created for over three years" and accused her of “[going] down there for 20 minutes for a photo op."
If you want to understand how concerned Kamala’s team is about her border polling, look at her X account. Over the last few days, she’s tweeted about the border 15 times. In the three years prior, she only mentioned it seven times.
Big picture: More than 10 million illegal aliens have entered the United States while Kamala Harris was the ‘border czar’ - the most in history. She can talk tough and pose for photos in front of Trump’s border wall all she wants. It won’t remove the stink of what her policies have done to American towns and families.

What to know about the looming dockworker’s strike
A looming port workers strike could wreak havoc on the U.S. economy, disrupt supply chains, and have a potential effect on the 2024 election if a deal isn’t reached by tonight’s deadline.
The details: Union dockworkers in the International Longshoremen's Association are threatening to go on strike on October 1 (tomorrow) if the United States Maritime Alliance (USMX) refuses to address what they are calling a “half-century of wage subjugation.”
Union muscle: The International Longshoremen's Association boasts around 45,000 members from East Coast and Gulf Coast ports.
What’s the beef? The Union is seeking significant wage increases and assurances that the USMX will stop terminal automation projects that would replace union jobs with machines.
The scope: A strike would affect more than half of the nation’s ocean imports (56%) and exports (68%), and JP Morgan estimates it could cost the U.S. economy $5 billion per day.
Back up: This would be the largest dockworkers’ strike since 1977.
What goods will be affected? The strike would disrupt supply chains for goods like cars, electronics, fresh fruit, coffee, chocolate, industrial goods like wood and machinery, and even holiday items like Christmas trees.
The politics: Joe Biden could invoke the Haft-Tardy Treaty, which allows a president to intervene to prevent a strike if it risks national security. But Biden says he will not invoke, and some reports speculate he does not want to go out of his way to help Kamala Harris after he was ousted this summer.
